Nov 23, 2008 - i live in London..and im the only one in my school (5,000 attend) that gives any attention to american sports..so yeah i guess like 5% of all UK does watch.. ha..but...im going for the CARDINALS! although they lost.. It was a hard game for they giants they must admit. :P

ukwarriorz Says:

Nov 23, 2008 - heh, w/e the cardinals got theirs fair and square. not their fault the cowboys stunk :P

PUNKem733 Says:

Nov 24, 2008 - Well, well, well...missing two of our most productive offensive players and we beat them down.

NJITB Says:

Nov 24, 2008 - Great points. I just wish Brandon Jacobs and Buress played. It shows how good the Giants are, that even without key players, they can still win against good teams. Now, the Giants have to look out for the Cowboys, they looked good.

Nov 24, 2008 - Beat them down? I'm a Cardinals fan and I must say that I expected the Giants to come away with a 14-17 point win, that would be a beat down. The Giants are a great team, all a team can do against them is damage control and I think the Cards did well at that considering their history of ripping defeat from the jaws of victory. The Cards haven't "arrived" but they're well on their way. It was a fun game to watch, even though my team didn't win. Hats off to the defending champs.

azdude81 Says:

Nov 24, 2008 - One quick question: If the Cardinals have an MVP candidate, who would you pick...Kurt Warner or Anquan Boldin? Kurt is obviously putting up the numbers(due in part to having a receiver like Boldin on one side and Fitzgerald on the other) but AB has a good argument for it too. In the game against the Jets, his face exploded and he came back a couple weeks later and still led all the wideouts in the league for TD receptions. I am just curious what your impartial opinion might reflect.

Nov 24, 2008 - "damage control" on your own field? Without Brandon Jacobs? Lofty expectations you have in your team, lol, but it is Arizona...lol

PUNKem733 Says:

Nov 24, 2008 - 14-17 is a beatdown?

azdude81 Says:

Nov 24, 2008 - I just think that if a football team sinks two or more touchdowns (14pts or more is what I meant) on your team or you do it to someone else, it's arguably a beat down. It doesn't matter in the end though I guess, a win is a win and a loss is a loss. I just hope the Cards don't collapse against the rest of their schedule...with the Eagles on tap, then the Rams, Vikings, Patriots, and last the Seahawks.

azdude81 Says:

Nov 24, 2008 - Lofty expectations? Consider their history. I thought 8-8 last season was a stretch, I thought 9-7 this year would be a dream. And they are the "defending champions" with only a loss on the season. The G-men are not up the creek without a paddle just because of one or two players, they have talent at every position to pick up the slack where it may be slipping a little. Two turnovers, which I pointed out earlier would do the Cards in, did them in. So good luck to your Vikings on 12/28.

azdude81 Says:

Nov 24, 2008 - Ok, maybe not a beat down, but a "solid" win is a more suitable phrase for a 14 point win. Eight points? A good win, but they didn't exactly whip the Cards either.

WoodBineProductions Says:

Nov 25, 2008 - i have to dissagree...the cardnals dont have the best wide reciever duo...its the cowboys...Terrel Owens and Roy williams

MNallday1 Says:

Nov 25, 2008 - Vikings = dominated the giants last season, at their place, 41-17.Browns, a non-playoff factor, beat the giants. Of course the giants are good at multiple positions, but Arizona isn't, which is my point. They have some nice receivers and a veteran QB, and that's where it ends.

frost122585 Says:

Nov 30, 2008 - LOL. Yeah right. Arizona has the best i have ever seen. If they had a defense they be the best team in the NFL HANDS DOWN.But as of right now they do not and are not. Giants are the best team in the NFL. But the Cards moved the ball on team easily and kept it close to 8 points which is only one score.

frost122585 Says:

Nov 30, 2008 - This huy is honest. Warner is the better passes. And this is historically consistent. Also Arizona has the better receivers though New York has very, very good ones. But it is the defense of the Cards that will make this team the winner or looser of almost every game.

WoodBineProductions Says:

Nov 30, 2008 - lol yea but the key words there is "almost" and "If" arizona didnt beat the giants and they dont have a good defense so you cant say a team is good...you can say the offense is good but they arnt the best team hands down so stop podering on the "almosts" and "Ifs"

frost122585 Says:

Nov 30, 2008 - I thinkI will continue to ponder this. But they are clearly a good team because they have a better record than Philidelphia, and Sandiago and have beaten Dallas head to head. They dont have a good offense they have THE BEST offense i nthe game. If they had a good defense theyd be my superbowl pick. That defense could peak like the Gaints last season when they were underdogs lest you forget. But should of this happening your sceptisism is warrented.

frost122585 Says:

Nov 30, 2008 - Only one a score difference.

frost122585 Says:

Nov 30, 2008 - Warner...

frost122585 Says:

Nov 30, 2008 - Amen

frost122585 Says:

Nov 30, 2008 - The Cowboys had their chance to beat the Cards and the Cards won.

SilentNoise92 Says:

Nov 30, 2008 - This game woulda been Arizonas had that retarded ex Giant caught the PERFECT onside kick that was heading straight in his hands. It's as if he pretty much caught it, and then threw it out of his hands cause he was scared of a dogpile.
