Picking up from Test 07. I've just written a simple AI script for my peasants. The AI currently features node-to-node movement; stop, rest, work animation depending on the nodes hit by the peasant; and a message string to show the player when hit.The video also shows the world I'm building: a roughly 1024x1024 island that I'm hoping to build many towns on. Let's see how much stuff the Blender Game Engine can allow me to put in this world. Currently, I'm still on 50-60 FPS, Logic running using ~10% and Rasterizer running at 30-70% depending on how much stuff is visible.

Nov 20, 2008 - It's great that you have the peasants talking back. What about adding variation to what they're saying, like, if they've been disturbed more than once, they could go, "I already said I'm busy!" or "Go away!" All in all, great video!

Nov 20, 2008 - Ah! Talk variation will follow. I already have a method for that (as you've seen in that old file that I sent you). Hehehe! :D
