Well, for this gigantic dinosaur-like monster. You need to duck most of the time since his head will pretty much hit you when he walks forward, if he stops and you see him sucking wind, run away from him and it'll let you avoid being bitten, in case, you are cornered, use souls like Skeleton Ape + Puppet or run towards him, but running towards him is pretty risky since he bites fast and you'll have little to time to run and duck, sliding towards him from the sucked spot will only get you hit. Next, if you see him shaking and all, he's about to release some status gases, if he's far then standing by the door should keep you safe else if you're cornered, do a double jump and start jump kicking his gases. Next would be his laser, simply go near his foot and duck, spam attacks while he's at it. Lastly, he jumps, never slide twice, you'll get hit, before he jumps walk towards him and when he's about to fall, slide on that moment and you'll be safe. Upon reaching half health, he'll screech and start to rampage, if you're cornered then you'll most likely get hit with his rampage but if you're far from him, then you'll be safe by staying there. Then after rampaging, he'll jump and thus the condemned tower begins to crumble, and while you two are falling, use this chance to deal damage but don't abuse it, when you're near the bottom of the Tower, move away since he'll head will fall on the ground and you being near will only get hit, do around 2-3 attacks while his head is stuck and then move away since he'll recover by then. This time, he'll do the same attacks but only much faster since his shackles will break, so, good luck. I suggest the Great Armor guardian soul here, he really helps deal fantastic extra damage while you're at it, use good bullet souls such as Guilotiner or high level killer clown or any other powerful bullet souls and this battle should be over, oh yeah, if possible get the good weapons by this point to make it easier.
