I went over there with the intentions of making Nick your boyfriend, but then I realized that I wanted him to be mine too. I started to tell him, then I changed my mind and told him it was all a joke. And I went a little too far and hurt his feelings, telling him you would never like him like that. It was an act of desperation. I didn't mean anything by it.KATI: Then you called me.....BAILEY: Well I was going to call Nick to straighten (sp?) things out. But I promised to call you first. I did and then my heart totally took over. I told you he said no when he hadn't said either yes or no. I didn't want to go through the pain of watching you two together. I liked it the way it was when we met. The three of us. You, me and Nick. If you guys dated then I would be left out because you guys would be so in to each other. Nick and you are the only people I hang out with over here. If you went out and started going on dates, what would I do? Sit on their couch and play board games with Frankie?KATI: Bailey, I get how you're feeling, but who I date is my choice. And if you're really my friend then you should be ok with that. If I want to date Nick then that's up to me. You really shouldn't have tried to stop what could have been.BAILEY: I know. Why don't you just go downstairs with your new boyfriend.KATI: He's not my boyfriend. BAILEY: I approve. *she leaned over to hug Kati and then they both stood up*KATI: So you'll be ok if I start dating him?BAILEY: Well, it will take me a while, but I can pretend until then.KATI: Thanks Bailey. You're the best! *she hugged her one more time and then ran downstairs to be with Nick**Bailey sat down. She'd told Kati she'd be ok, but this moment would leave a crack in her heart forever.*
