HELLO! I just started pole dancing(August 08') after obsessing on watching youtube clips of it~ haha!(so be nice,I'm a noob) I've never taken any classes, and I don't really plan to because they're kind of expensive! The spins I learned on the first day I got my pole were from the dvd that came with the X-Pole. They actually break it down and teach you how to do them! For those that love watching pole dancing-I suggest you get a pole and start!!!! It's really fun!!!!!!!WISH ME LUCK!!
